Hey everyone,
Another week has gone by. And of course I did a lot of fun stuff again :D.
Let's start with last weekend.
On Saturday I went to I went to Silicon Valley. First we went to a tech museum but we didn't have that much time there which was a pity. Afterward we visited different big companies such as Apple, Ebay, Facebook and Google. At google the security was kinda high since at the moment we got near the Google buildings, 2 security cars drove up to us to send us away again. Finally we went to Stanford University. The universities in the USA are way different from the Netherlands. Of course they are way bigger, but they are also way more beautiful. They spend lots of money on appearance.
On Sunday I went to Muir Woods. Which is a big forest with huge treas. The treas are at least 5 meters wide and easily over 50 meters high. We walked around there for quite a while and then went to Sausalito a nice small place in the Bay Area.
Monday I had my first day of work and Wednesday already my second day of work. I really enjoyed my first 2 days. I updated the main site and we discussed some approaches on different lay outs of the site and ways to approach new customers. I also created a landing page for Google advertisements.

On Tuesday we went to a trampoline park which was a lot of fun. Basically it was a big area of trampolines, even the sides were made of trampolines in a 45 degree angle so you were also able to jump into the walls. They also had a basketball court with trampolines were we ended up playing dodgeball, it's the game were you have to try to trow the other person out with a soft ball, but then on trampolines.
Thursday I went to EF Mills College in Oakland, it's just over the bridge. I was there supposing to support the soccer team, but I didn't see that much of the soccer. I was more busy chatting with other EF students so we ended up eating there and later on we had a big party, which was a lot of fun. And then yesterday evening we ended up meeting them again in Club X. So we partied with both EF San Francisco and EF Mills College students.
Today I just hang around a bit in the house, watching Harry Potter right now, because I will go to the premiere next Thursday at 24.00 so all the Harry Potter's are being broadcast.

So I'm still having lots of fun and I think it will continue for quite some time :-P.

this looks like a real website. can you manage to get some pictures of your self. The pictures tell a lot. Maybey some of your friends have nice pictures to. Probably you can link them to your website as well as you did with Lisanne -

Kun je dat idee van dat trampolinepark niet meenemen naar Nederland? Lijkt me geweldig, maar ik denk dat ik niet op korte termijn die kant op ga.....Je doet daar trouwens nog veel meer jaloersmakende dingen. Have fun en houd ons op de hoogte! -

Hey Maryn! Big ups for your field reports dude, I really enjoy reading em:) Stanford looks great! I love the US universities too, education is much more professional than here in Holland, haha! And I like the people. And the malls. And the homes. And the trucks.. Basically the whole white picket fence story:P I've never been able to visit SF, but it sounds like a great city! Hm.. Maybe I should find a job there;) Anyway.. Keep me posted! - BH -

Al even niets van me laten horen maar ik ben wel een trouwe lezer van je blog hoor!!
De vorige keer had ik het berichtje voor je in het Engels gedaan maar dat vond ik toch te veel (vertaal)werk worden.
Leuk werk/stage heb je gevonden.
Nou nog zorgen dat je ook op de foto komt tussen het team!
Ik denk dat ik aanstaand weekend in je bed mag slapen. We gaan namelijk naar "'t sletje" in Zeeland. Heerlijk uitwaaien in de vrieskou. Veel plezier weer wij zullen het ook zeker hebben.

Ik zou het trampoline park graag mee nemen. Het was echt super gaaf, echt de beste manier om lekker te sporten ;-).

Yes, you should for sure at least visit San Francisco. It's a great city and I think this is one of the few cities which kinda resembles the Dutch way of thinking. It's not the typical American city I think, but I really like it a lot.

In het Nederlands mag ook gerust. Kan ik ook verstaan ;-). Maar in ieder geval veel plezier in Zeeland en doe mijn bed de groeten ;-). -

Dat meen je toch niet hè dat het bij jou rond de 30 graden is. Ik ben vandaag door de ijzige sneeuw van school naar huis gefietst en ik heb het nog koud! Houden dat weer tot wij komen en daarna natuurlijk!!!!

Je moet de groeten terug hebben van je bed. Alleen....... ik heb er maar een paar uur op (wakker)gelegen. Hij was mij iets te hard en ben op de bank gaan liggen. Voor de rest was het weer goed toeven in jullie "sletje"
